High Temperature Resist Alumina Ceramic Tube Pipe
In order to increase the plasticity of alumina ceramic tube pipe, meet the size and corrosion resistance in use, the hot pressing process is indispensable in production. There are three treatment measures:
1. Pre-pressing treatment aims to prevent alumina ceramic tube pipe displacement in the hot press machine, which could cause stacking, seams, and other defects. Before hot pressing, the billet should pre-press at room temperature to make it glued into an integral material.
2. Hot pressing treatment uses a hot gluing process. The hot pressing temperature is about 140oC, the unit pressure is 2.5-3.0MPa. Hot pressing time calculate according to thickness of the alumina ceramic tube.
3. The three-stage pressure reduction treatment is a hot pressing post-processing process. First, reduce from the working pressure to the “balance pressure”. Then, reduce from the “balance pressure” to zero. Finally, open from zero to the ceramic riser tube, in order to prevent the “bubbling” phenomenon.
After the hot pressing treatment of the above three alumina ceramic tube pipe, it will meet the requirements of use extensively.
Connection steps of alumina ceramic tube pipe:
- Broken pipe: Cut off the pipe according to the required length. When the pipe broke, the force should not be too large to prevent the ceramic riser tube from losing its roundness.
- Remove burrs: after the pipe cut, the burrs should remov clean to avoid cutting the sealing ring.
- Scribing marking: to completely insert the ceramic riser tube into the pipe fittings, the insertion length must mark at the end of the pipe. Then, draw a line.
- Assembly: The sealing ring should correctly install in the groove of the ceramic riser tube. The tube should insert into the socket of the pipe fittings and wait for crimping.
- Crimping: When crimping, place the protruding part of the pipe fittings in the mold concave groove. Keep the jaws perpendicular to the pipe axis.
- Inspection: after the crimping is complete, the crimping size is checked with a special gauge.
