Alumina Ceramic Plate

The categories of alumina ceramic plate:

Alumina ceramic plate is a widely used ceramics known for its good mechanical properties. In modern society, the application of alumina ceramic plate is increasingly extensive. It meets both the needs of daily use and those requiring special properties. Alumina ceramic plate as one of them, the technology is becoming more mature. It can actually be divided into two categories. One is alumina content very pure ceramics, which has a sintering temperature that can reach 1800 °C. Therefore, it can even replace platinum and be used as an insulating material.

The other is the ordinary type, which is divided according to the content of alumina. This is mainly used in our daily life, such as making high-temperature ceramic crucibles, ceramic valves, and ceramic bearings. What affects the density of alumina ceramics depends on the properties of alumina itself.

Alumina Ceramic Plate

Chemically, this is a compound, but in terms of process, this can only be used as a material. It also mixes many kinds of impurities, not pure alumina. We all know that the hardness of alumina is relatively high. It is an oxide of both sexes, which is prone to reaction and ionization. Therefore, it is best used as a refractory material. When making ceramics, high-temperature sintering is also required. If you choose alumina as a compound, you can avoid being burned in the middle.

Improper temperature and pressure will cause adverse effects, so how to improve the density of the product?

If there is no problem at the root, you can use the method of increasing the pressure and the sintering temperature. However, do not extend the heat preservation time during high purification. This may cause the grain deformation inside the alumina. Theoretically, it requires the grain to be uniform, so that its structural composition is good enough.
