Corundum Mullite Ceramic
Advantages of Cordierite mullite ceramic:
Corundum mullite ceramic include corundum mullite ceramic sagger, corundum mullite ceramic corrugated plate, corundum mullite pillar and other kiln furniture. These products have alumina content greater than 90% and corundum as the main crystal phase of refractory products.
They have a high room temperature compressive strength (up to 340MPa) and high load softening start temperature (more than 1800 °C). Furthermore, they exhibit very good chemical stability and strong resistance to acid or alkaline slag, metal, and glass liquid. Their properties include high refractory, good thermal shock stability (temperature rapid deterioration), and high temperature strength.
They also have strong slag permeability, small expansion coefficient, low creep, no slag, and are not easy to crack. This results in strong use stability. Therefore, they are an ideal tool for high-temperature kilns. Corundum mullite ceramics are suitable for use in high-temperature kilns under various atmosphere conditions.

Widely used in 95, 99 alumina ceramics, zirconia ceramics, and fluorescent materials. Corundum mullite ceramics also use in powder metallurgy, electronic ceramics, magnetic materials, and ceramic powder for high-temperature sintering. Thus, these ceramics, particularly the corundum and mullite ones, excel in performance.
Corundum mullite ceramic plates and push plates have the characteristics of high temperature resistance. They show good thermal shock stability, small expansion coefficient, and good creep performance. Consequently, they can use in ultra-high temperature electric kiln electric furnace pusher for burning, liners, cassettes, set bowls, and other kiln furniture.

Cordierite mullite ceramic shed slab is designed to obtain better thermal shock resistance and high temperature strength of the shed material. Iolite ceramics-mullite shed slab is made from iolite and mullite mixed molding. It is followed by high temperature sintering. Advantages include good thermal stability and long service life of iolite ceramics. Consequently, corundum mullite ceramics are especially suitable for use in ceramic, glass, metallurgy, chemical, and other rapidly firing roller kilns. Thus, the corundum mullite’s diverse applications highlight its versatility. Welcome inquiry.
